# Terms & Conditions

> Detailed terms and conditions of Internville.

*Effective Date: September 01, 2026 • Last Updated: September 13, 2026*

Welcome to Internville.

These Terms & Conditions (“**Terms**”) govern your access to and use of the Internville website, platform, applications, features, and services (collectively, the “**Platform**”).

Internville is a platform designed to help Candidates discover and apply for internships and jobs and to help Employers and Companies publish opportunities, manage applications, and carry out recruitment activities.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Internville, you agree to these Terms and the other policies and guidelines referenced in them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

## 1. About Internville

Internville provides technology and services that facilitate connections between individuals seeking internships and employment opportunities and organizations seeking Candidates.

The Platform may provide features including:

* Candidate Profiles;
* Employer functionality;
* Company Profiles;
* Company administration tools;
* Public Profiles;
* Online Resumes;
* downloadable PDF Resumes;
* Job and Internship Listings;
* application and recruitment tools;
* communications between Candidates and Employers;
* promoted and sponsored Listings;
* referral programs; and
* other features that may be introduced from time to time.

Internville provides the technology through which these activities take place. Internville is not itself the employer, internship provider, recruiting company, or hiring decision-maker unless expressly stated otherwise.

## 2. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Internville, you confirm that:

* you have read and understood these Terms;
* you agree to be bound by these Terms;
* you will comply with applicable laws and regulations;
* information you provide to Internville will be accurate and not intentionally misleading; and
* you meet the eligibility requirements described in these Terms.

If you use Internville on behalf of a company or organization, you also represent that you have appropriate authority to act on behalf of that organization.

*Certain features or services may be subject to additional terms, policies, or guidelines. Those additional requirements form part of the terms applicable to your use of the relevant feature or service.*

## 3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Internville is available to individuals who are **16 years of age or older**.

Individuals aged **16 or 17** may use Internville, but where required by applicable law, their parent or legal guardian must agree to stand behind or be responsible for agreements they enter into through the Platform.

Individuals **under 16 years of age are not permitted to use Internville**.

By using Internville, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement.

Internville does not knowingly permit registration by individuals under 16.

If we become aware that an individual under 16 has created an account, we may take appropriate steps to restrict or terminate that account and handle associated information in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

## 4. User Accounts

Internville uses a single user account system.

You may create an Internville account using either:

* a supported Google sign-in; or
* your email address and password.

The same User Account may be used for both Candidate and Employer activities.

You do not need to create separate Internville accounts in order to use both Candidate and Employer functionality.

Your User Account may allow you to:

* create and maintain a Candidate Profile;
* discover and apply for Jobs and Internships;
* use Employer functionality;
* create or claim a Company Profile, subject to verification;
* administer a Company Profile where authorized; and
* use other features made available to your account.

Access to Employer functionality does not automatically give you authority to represent a particular Company or publish Listings on its behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities carried out through your account.

You must not:

* share your login credentials with unauthorized persons;
* allow another person to use your account;
* impersonate another person or organization;
* create an account using another person's identity without authorization;
* provide false or misleading information; or
* use your account to obtain unauthorized access to another person's or Company's information.

*If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you should notify Internville promptly.*

## 5. Candidate Profiles

Users may create a Candidate Profile to represent their professional, educational, and career information.

A Candidate Profile may include information such as:

* name;
* primary role;
* location;
* social and professional profile links;
* professional summary;
* education;
* work experience;
* internships;
* skills;
* projects;
* certifications;
* achievements;
* career interests;
* preferred roles;
* other professional information; and
* other information voluntarily provided by the Candidate.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

You must not knowingly provide materially false, fraudulent, or misleading information in your Candidate Profile, resume, applications, or other recruitment-related materials.

*Internville may restrict, remove, or suspend a Candidate Profile where we reasonably believe that it contains fraudulent, unlawful, materially misleading, or otherwise inappropriate information.*

## 6. Public Profiles

Internville may provide Candidates with a shareable **Public Profile** accessible through a URL such as:

`internville.com/u/{username}`

The Public Profile is intended to provide Candidates with a professional presence on Internville while limiting the amount of personal information visible to visitors who are not logged in.

Visitors who are not logged in may generally be able to see only:

* the Candidate's name;
* primary role;
* location; and
* social or professional profile links.

Other Candidate Profile information may be masked or restricted from non-logged-in visitors.

Logged-in Internville users may be able to access additional Candidate Profile information, subject to the Platform's functionality and applicable visibility settings.

A Public Profile does not mean that all information contained in a Candidate Profile is publicly available.

*Candidates are responsible for reviewing the information they choose to make available through their Profile.*

## 7. Online Resume and PDF Resume

Internville may automatically generate an Online Resume using information contained in a Candidate Profile.

Candidates are responsible for reviewing the information displayed in their Online Resume and ensuring that it remains accurate.

Internville may also allow Candidates to download their resume in PDF format.

A Candidate may download their own PDF Resume for personal use, including sharing it outside Internville.

An Employer or authorized Company Administrator may be permitted to download a Candidate's PDF Resume where the Candidate has applied for a Job or Internship Listing associated with the relevant Company Profile.

A non-logged-in visitor cannot download a Candidate's PDF Resume merely because the Candidate has a Public Profile.

*The existence of a Public Profile therefore does not provide unrestricted public access to a Candidate's complete profile or downloadable resume.*

## 8. Jobs and Internship Applications

Candidates may use Internville to discover and apply for Jobs and Internships.

When a Candidate submits an application, relevant application information may be made available to the Company and its authorized Employers or Company Administrators responsible for the Listing.

Depending on the Platform's functionality, authorized users associated with the Company may be able to:

* review applications;
* review relevant Candidate Profile information;
* review or download resumes where permitted;
* communicate with Candidates;
* shortlist Candidates;
* archive applications;
* reject applications;
* progress Candidates through recruitment; and
* accept Candidates or make offers.

Submitting an application does not guarantee that:

* the application will be reviewed;
* the Candidate will be contacted;
* an interview will occur;
* an offer will be made; or
* the Candidate will obtain an internship or job.

Candidates may withdraw applications where the Platform provides that functionality.

*Internville is not responsible for an Employer's decision regarding an application.*

## 9. Employer Functionality

The same User Account used for Candidate activities may also be used for Employer activities.

Employer functionality allows a User to participate in recruitment activities on behalf of a Company where the User has appropriate authorization.

Using Employer functionality does not by itself establish that the User is authorized to represent any particular Company.

Employers are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate authority to act on behalf of the Company they represent.

Employers must provide accurate information about themselves and must not misrepresent their identity, position, authority, or relationship with a Company.

## 10. Company Profiles

Companies are represented on Internville through **Company Profiles**.

A Company Profile may contain information including:

* company name;
* company description;
* website;
* industry;
* company size;
* location;
* logo;
* contact information;
* Jobs and Internships;
* Company Administrators; and
* other company-related information.

A User may initiate the creation of a new Company Profile or request to claim an existing Company Profile.

However, completion of the company creation or claiming process requires verification of the User's work email.

The work email used for verification must correspond to the domain of the Company's website.

For example, where a Company's website uses `company.com`, an appropriate work email may be `name@company.com`.

Internville may use this process to help establish that a User has an appropriate relationship with or authority to represent the Company.

Where reasonably necessary, Internville may request additional information or verification before approving a Company Profile or claim.

Completion of email-domain verification does not necessarily guarantee approval or continued access to a Company Profile.

*Internville may reject, restrict, suspend, or revoke Company access where we reasonably believe that the User does not have appropriate authority or where other security, legal, or policy concerns exist.*

## 11. Company Administrators

A Company Profile may have multiple **Company Administrators**.

Different administrators may have different levels of permissions depending on the access assigned to them.

Depending on their permissions, Company Administrators may be able to:

* manage Company Profile information;
* create, edit, or delete Listings;
* review Candidate applications;
* access Candidate information associated with applications;
* download Candidate resumes where permitted;
* shortlist Candidates;
* archive applications;
* reject Candidates;
* accept Candidates; and
* perform other authorized recruitment or administrative actions.

Companies and Company Profile owners are responsible for ensuring that people given administrative access are appropriately authorized.

A Company Administrator may have their access removed if they no longer require access or are no longer authorized to act on behalf of the Company.

*Internville may also restrict, suspend, or remove Company Administrator access where reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, or policy reasons.*

## 12. Company-Based Listings

Jobs and Internships on Internville are published through Company Profiles.

An individual User or Employer cannot independently publish a Job or Internship Listing without an authorized connection to a Company Profile.

To create or submit a Listing, the User must have an appropriate claim to or authorized administrative access to the relevant Company Profile.

Listings are associated with the relevant Company Profile and are not personally owned by the individual User who creates or submits them.

A User's ability to create or manage a Listing depends on their authorization and permissions within the relevant Company Profile.

If a User loses access to a Company Profile, they may no longer be able to create, edit, or manage Listings associated with that Company.

*Where other authorized Company Administrators remain, they may continue managing the Company's Listings according to their permissions.*

## 13. Job and Internship Listing Requirements

All Jobs and Internships advertised on Internville must be **paid opportunities**.

Internville does not permit Employers or Companies to publish unpaid job or internship opportunities.

Employers must provide accurate information regarding compensation for each Listing in accordance with the Listing requirements applicable on the Platform.

Where Internville provides compensation-range fields, Employers may provide a minimum and maximum compensation amount where appropriate.

Any compensation information provided must be truthful, reasonable, and not intentionally misleading.

Employers are responsible for ensuring that compensation and other employment conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Listings must also accurately describe material information about the opportunity, which may include:

* position or internship title;
* responsibilities;
* qualifications;
* location;
* work arrangement;
* compensation;
* internship or employment duration;
* eligibility requirements;
* application requirements; and
* other material conditions.

Internville may review, reject, restrict, remove, or suspend Listings that do not meet these requirements.

*Additional requirements may be provided in Internville's **Rules & Guidelines** and Listing-related documentation.*

## 14. Employer and Company Responsibilities

Employers and Companies are responsible for their recruitment activities on Internville.

They must:

* have appropriate authority to recruit for the relevant Company;
* provide accurate information;
* accurately represent Jobs, Internships, compensation, and material employment conditions;
* communicate honestly with Candidates;
* use Candidate information responsibly;
* use Candidate information only for legitimate recruitment or related purposes;
* comply with applicable employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, and other laws;
* maintain appropriate confidentiality of Candidate information;
* keep Listings reasonably current;
* promptly update or close Listings that are no longer available; and
* comply with Internville's Terms, policies, and guidelines.

*Internville provides recruitment technology and does not independently guarantee or verify every statement made by a Company, Employer, or Candidate.*

## 15. Recruitment and Hiring Decisions

Internville facilitates recruitment but does not make employment or internship decisions on behalf of Companies or Employers.

Companies and Employers are responsible for:

* reviewing applications;
* evaluating Candidates;
* conducting interviews;
* verifying qualifications;
* selecting Candidates;
* determining compensation;
* making offers;
* entering employment or internship arrangements; and
* complying with applicable laws.

*Internville does not guarantee that a Candidate will receive an interview, offer, internship, employment, or any particular recruitment outcome.*

*Internville also does not guarantee that a Company or Employer will find a suitable Candidate.*

## 16. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates are responsible for:

* providing accurate profile information;
* providing accurate application information;
* ensuring that resumes and other submitted materials are truthful;
* maintaining account security;
* using the Platform for legitimate purposes;
* respecting Employers, Companies, and other users; and
* complying with applicable laws and Internville policies.

*Candidates must not knowingly submit fraudulent applications or misrepresent their identity, education, qualifications, experience, or other material information.*

## 17. Communications Between Users

Internville may provide communication tools that allow Candidates, Employers, and Company Administrators to communicate regarding recruitment.

You agree to use these features responsibly and for legitimate purposes.

You must not use Internville communications to:

* harass, threaten, or abuse another person;
* send spam or unwanted communications;
* distribute malware or harmful material;
* make fraudulent recruitment offers;
* request inappropriate payments from Candidates;
* collect personal information for unauthorized purposes;
* engage in discriminatory conduct; or
* otherwise violate these Terms or applicable law.

*Internville may take reasonable action where communications violate our policies or create risks to users or the Platform.*

## 18. User Content

“**User Content**” means information, text, documents, images, resumes, profile information, Listings, Company information, communications, and other material submitted, uploaded, or otherwise provided by users.

You retain ownership of User Content that you own.

By submitting User Content to Internville, you grant Internville a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to:

* operate the Platform;
* provide requested services;
* display Candidate Profiles and Company Profiles;
* facilitate applications;
* display Listings;
* generate Online Resumes;
* provide resume functionality;
* maintain and improve the Platform;
* maintain security; and
* enforce these Terms and applicable policies.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Internville.

*You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the User Content you provide.*

## 19. Intellectual Property

Internville and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Platform and Internville-owned materials, including:

* software;
* website design;
* user interface;
* branding;
* logos;
* trademarks;
* graphics;
* databases;
* features;
* functionality; and
* other proprietary materials.

Except as expressly permitted by Internville or applicable law, you may not:

* copy;
* reproduce;
* modify;
* distribute;
* sell;
* license;
* reverse engineer;
* scrape;
* commercially exploit; or
* create derivative works from

Internville's proprietary Platform or materials.

*These Terms do not transfer ownership of Internville intellectual property to you.*

## 20. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Internville to:

* violate applicable law;
* impersonate another person or organization;
* provide fraudulent or materially misleading information;
* create fake accounts;
* create fraudulent Job or Internship Listings;
* advertise unpaid Jobs or Internships;
* operate scams or deceptive recruitment schemes;
* misrepresent compensation or material employment conditions;
* harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others;
* send spam or unauthorized commercial communications;
* distribute malware or malicious code;
* attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
* interfere with Platform security or operation;
* scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically collect Platform information without authorization;
* reverse engineer or circumvent Platform controls;
* manipulate applications, Listings, or Platform functionality;
* misuse Candidate information;
* use Candidate information for unauthorized purposes;
* obtain unauthorized access to a Company Profile;
* falsely claim or represent a Company;
* submit false company-verification information;
* infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
* upload unlawful or harmful content; or
* assist another person in engaging in prohibited activity.

## 21. Fraud, Scams, and Misrepresentation

Internville does not guarantee that every Candidate, Employer, Company, Listing, or communication on the Platform is genuine, accurate, or suitable.

Users should exercise reasonable caution when interacting with others through Internville.

Employers and Companies must not use Internville to:

* advertise nonexistent employment or internship opportunities;
* impersonate legitimate organizations;
* collect money from Candidates through deceptive practices;
* misrepresent compensation;
* misrepresent the nature of an opportunity;
* request inappropriate payments from Candidates; or
* engage in fraudulent recruitment practices.

Candidates must not use false identities, qualifications, resumes, or application information.

*If you encounter suspected fraud, abuse, or a misleading Listing, you should report it to Internville.*

## 22. Moderation and Enforcement

Internville may take reasonable steps to maintain the safety, integrity, and quality of the Platform.

Where permitted by applicable law, Internville may review accounts, Listings, User Content, and Platform activity to identify potential violations of these Terms, applicable policies, or law.

Depending on the circumstances, Internville may:

* remove or restrict User Content;
* remove or restrict Listings;
* restrict account functionality;
* restrict Company access;
* remove Company Administrators;
* suspend accounts;
* terminate accounts;
* close Company Profiles;
* prevent access to particular features; or
* take other reasonable action.

We may take action where we reasonably believe that a user, Company, Listing, or activity:

* violates these Terms;
* violates an Internville policy;
* violates applicable law;
* involves fraud or abuse;
* creates a security risk;
* harms or may harm other users; or
* creates a significant risk to Internville or third parties.

## 23. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Internville at any time.

You may also request closure of your User Account subject to the provisions of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Internville may suspend or terminate your User Account where reasonably necessary, including where:

* you violate these Terms;
* you violate applicable Internville policies;
* you engage in fraud or abuse;
* your account presents a security risk;
* you provide materially false information;
* you misuse Candidate or Employer information;
* you engage in unlawful activity; or
* continued access could reasonably harm Internville, its users, or third parties.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking action. However, we may act immediately where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of users.

Termination of a User Account does not automatically delete a Company Profile or Listings associated with that User.

Where other authorized Company Administrators remain, the Company Profile and its Listings may continue to operate.

Where no authorized Company Administrator remains, the Company and its Listings may be subject to the Company closure provisions below.

## 24. Company Closure and Expired Listings

Internville does not provide a general user-facing mechanism to permanently delete a Company Profile.

An authorized Company Administrator may instead initiate the process of **closing** a Company Profile.

When a Company Profile is closed:

* the Company Profile may become unavailable or restricted;
* associated Listings may become unavailable;
* new applications may no longer be accepted;
* Company Administrators may receive communications regarding the closure; and
* relevant Company, Listing, application, administrator, and other records may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

### No remaining Company Administrator

If a Company Profile no longer has an authorized Company Administrator, Internville may restrict the Company's recruitment functionality.

In particular, Jobs and Internships associated with that Company Profile may stop accepting new applications.

Such Listings may become **expired** or otherwise unavailable on the Platform.

Candidates will therefore not be able to submit new applications to a Listing where the associated Company no longer has an authorized administrator and the Listing has been made unavailable.

Previously submitted applications and related information may continue to be retained and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

### Reactivation

A Company or authorized representative may contact Internville to request reactivation or restoration of administrative access.

Internville may request reasonable evidence that the requesting person is authorized to act on behalf of the Company.

Reactivation is not guaranteed.

Previously expired Listings may require review, updating, recreation, or other action before they can accept new applications again.

## 25. Third-Party Services

Internville may use or integrate with third-party services, including services relating to:

* authentication;
* payments;
* hosting;
* analytics;
* communications;
* security;
* storage; and
* other technical or operational functions.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Your use of a third-party service may therefore be subject to that provider's terms.

*Internville is not responsible for third-party services that operate independently from Internville.*

## 26. Paid Services

Internville may offer paid services and features, which may include:

* Job or Internship Promoted Listings;
* subscriptions;
* sponsorships;
* advertising services; and
* other paid features.

Paid services may be subject to additional pricing, terms, eligibility requirements, and conditions presented at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a paid service, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any applicable taxes or charges.

Internville may change pricing, features, or availability of paid services in accordance with applicable law and any applicable additional terms.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

## 27. Advertising and Sponsorship

Internville may provide advertising, sponsorship, promoted Listing, and other promotional services.

These services are governed by the **Advertising & Sponsorship Policy**, which forms part of these Terms.

Internville may determine whether promotional content is eligible for placement.

Payment for a promoted or sponsored service does not guarantee:

* a particular number of views;
* clicks;
* applications;
* interviews;
* hires;
* engagement;
* ranking;
* conversion; or
* any particular business result.

*Internville may reject, modify, restrict, suspend, or remove promotional content that does not meet applicable requirements.*

## 28. Refunds and Cancellations

Paid services are subject to the **Refund & Cancellation Policy**.

Refund eligibility may depend on factors including:

* the type of service purchased;
* whether the service has been used;
* the timing of cancellation;
* technical or payment issues; and
* other applicable conditions.

*The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.*

## 29. Referral Program

Internville may offer a Referral Program from time to time.

The Referral Program may have separate eligibility requirements, qualifying actions, rewards, restrictions, and conditions.

Users must not manipulate, abuse, or attempt to fraudulently obtain referral rewards.

Internville may modify, suspend, or terminate a Referral Program in accordance with the applicable program terms.

Additional requirements may be provided in the relevant Referral Program documentation.

## 30. Platform Availability and Changes

Internville may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform from time to time.

Features may be added, removed, changed, or replaced.

We do not guarantee that:

* the Platform will always be available;
* a particular feature will always remain available;
* the Platform will always be error-free;
* user-provided information will always be accurate or current; or
* interruptions will never occur.

*We may perform maintenance, updates, security measures, or other changes that temporarily affect availability.*

## 31. No Guarantee of Employment or Recruitment Outcomes

Internville is a technology platform that facilitates connections between Candidates and Companies.

We do not guarantee:

* employment;
* internships;
* interviews;
* offers;
* compensation;
* Candidate quality;
* Employer or Company quality;
* Listing accuracy;
* application volume;
* hiring outcomes;
* recruitment success; or
* any particular result from using the Platform.

Candidates and Employers are responsible for their own decisions and interactions.

Any employment, internship, compensation, or other agreement entered into between a Candidate and Company or Employer is between those parties unless Internville expressly states otherwise.

## 32. Disclaimer of Warranties

We aim to make Internville useful, reliable, and safe, but no online platform can guarantee that every part of the service will always operate perfectly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an **“as is”** and **“as available”** basis.

We do not guarantee that the Platform or its content will be:

* uninterrupted;
* error-free;
* completely secure;
* complete;
* accurate;
* reliable;
* suitable for a particular purpose; or
* free from harmful components.

Internville does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, legality, suitability, or reliability of information provided by Candidates, Employers, Companies, or other users.

Internville also does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, legality, compensation, or suitability of any Job or Internship Listing.

You are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when using the Platform and interacting with other users.

*Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or protection that cannot legally be excluded.*

## 33. Limitation of Liability

Internville provides the technology and services that support interactions between Candidates and Companies. Candidates and Companies remain responsible for their own information, decisions, conduct, and interactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Internville and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or relating to your use of the Platform.

This may include losses relating to:

* employment or internship opportunities;
* hiring or recruitment decisions;
* Candidate or Employer conduct;
* inaccurate or misleading information;
* fraudulent or inappropriate Listings;
* communications between users;
* loss or corruption of data;
* business interruption;
* loss of revenue, profits, opportunities, or goodwill; or
* unauthorized acts or omissions by third parties.

Internville is not responsible for employment, internship, compensation, or other agreements entered into directly between Candidates and Companies or Employers.

Internville is also not responsible for a user's failure to perform obligations arising from their interactions with another user.

Where Internville has a responsibility under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit that responsibility.

*To the extent liability can legally be limited, Internville's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.*

## 34. Indemnification

We want users to be able to use Internville with confidence while ensuring that each party remains responsible for its own conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Internville and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from reasonable claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or related to:

* your violation of these Terms;
* your violation of applicable law;
* User Content or information you provide;
* your misuse of the Platform;
* your interactions with other users;
* your recruitment activities;
* your Job or Internship Listings;
* your misuse of Candidate information;
* your unauthorized representation of a Company; or
* your infringement of another person's rights.

*This provision does not require you to indemnify Internville for losses caused by Internville's own unlawful conduct or for liability that cannot legally be transferred to you.*

## 35. Privacy

Your use of Internville is also governed by our **Privacy Policy**.

The Privacy Policy explains how Internville collects, uses, stores, shares, and otherwise processes personal information.

*By using Internville, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.*

## 36. Code of Conduct and Other Policies

Your use of Internville is also subject to applicable Internville policies and guidelines, including:

* **Privacy Policy**;
* **Code of Conduct**;
* **Advertising & Sponsorship Policy**;
* **Refund & Cancellation Policy**;
* applicable **Rules & Guidelines**; and
* applicable **Referral Program** terms.

These documents establish additional requirements applicable to particular activities, features, and services.

Where a specific policy applies to a particular feature or service, that policy will apply together with these Terms.

## 37. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we may update the **“Last Updated”** date at the beginning of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice through the Platform or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of Internville after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

*If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the Platform.*

## 38. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory laws applicable to you provide otherwise.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Internville shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in India.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising rights or pursuing remedies that cannot legally be restricted by a contractual jurisdiction clause.

## 39. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

## 40. No Waiver

If Internville does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean that Internville has waived its right to enforce that provision later.

A waiver must be expressly made by Internville to be effective.

## 41. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and documents expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and Internville regarding your use of the Platform.

They supersede prior agreements or understandings concerning the same subject matter, except where otherwise expressly stated.

## 42. Contact and Grievances

If you have questions, concerns, complaints, or grievances regarding these Terms or your use of Internville, you may contact us at:

* General: [contact@internville.com](mailto:contact@internville.com)
* Legal: [legal@internville.com](mailto:legal@internville.com)

We may request additional information to verify your identity or understand and process your request.
