Internville personnel do not have access to your actual password in readable form. Passwords are handled through appropriate authentication and security mechanisms. If you forget your password, you may use the password-reset functionality associated with your account email address. We may collect information relating to account authentication, including login activity, security events, and other information necessary to protect accounts and the Platform.5. 6. Public Profile
Internville may provide Candidates with a shareable Public Profile accessible through a URL such as:internville.com/u/{username}
The Public Profile is designed to provide a professional presence on Internville while limiting the amount of personal information visible to visitors who are not logged in.
6.1 Information visible to visitors who are not logged in
For privacy reasons, Internville may mask or restrict the majority of Candidate Profile information from visitors who are not logged in. Non-logged-in visitors may generally see only:- name;
- primary role;
- location; and

6.2 Information available to logged-in users
Users who are logged in to Internville may be able to access additional Candidate Profile information, depending on:- the Platform’s functionality;
- applicable profile visibility settings;
- the relationship between the users; and
- the purpose for which the information is made available.
6.3 Mobile number visibility
Where Internville provides a setting allowing a Candidate to make their mobile number visible, the Candidate controls whether that information is made available through the applicable profile functionality. Candidates should review their visibility settings carefully before making contact information available.7. Online Resume
Internville may automatically generate an Online Resume using information contained in your Candidate Profile. The Online Resume may organize information such as:- professional summary;
- education;
- work experience;
- internships;
- skills;
- projects;
- certifications;
- achievements; and
- other Candidate Profile information
8. Downloadable PDF Resume
Internville may allow Candidates to generate and download a PDF version of their resume. A Candidate may download their own PDF Resume for personal use, including sharing it outside Internville. An Employer or authorized Company Administrator may be permitted to download a Candidate’s PDF Resume when the Candidate has applied for a Job or Internship Listing associated with the relevant Company Profile. A non-logged-in visitor cannot download a Candidate’s PDF Resume merely because the Candidate has a Public Profile. The availability of a Public Profile therefore does not mean that a Candidate’s complete profile or PDF Resume is publicly downloadable. Employers and Company Administrators who receive Candidate resumes are expected to use them only for legitimate recruitment or related purposes and in accordance with applicable law.9. 10. Company Profiles

- website;
- industry;
- company size;
- location;
- logo;
- contact information;
- Jobs and Internships;
- Company Administrators;
- administrative information;
- and other company-related information.
11. Creating or Claiming a Company
A User may initiate the creation of a new Company Profile or request to claim an existing Company Profile. To complete the company creation or claiming process, Internville requires verification through a work email address that corresponds to the domain of the Company’s website. For example, if a Company’s website uses the domaincompany.com, an appropriate work email may be name@company.com.
We may process:
- the work email address;
- email-domain information;
- Company information;
- information about the User requesting access;
- verification information; and

- review Candidate applications;
- access Candidate information associated with applications;
- download Candidate resumes where permitted;
- shortlist Candidates;
- archive applications;
- reject Candidates;
- accept Candidates; and
- perform other authorized recruitment activities.
13. Job and Internship Listings
Jobs and Internships on Internville are created and published through Company Profiles. An individual User does not independently publish a Listing solely through their personal Employer functionality. To create or submit a Listing, a User must have an appropriate claim to or authorized administrative access to the relevant Company Profile. We may collect information contained in Listings, including:- position or internship title;
- job description;
- responsibilities;
- qualifications;
- location;
- work arrangement;
- compensation information;
- duration;
- eligibility requirements;
- application requirements;
- Company information;
- Listing status;
- publication and expiry information;
- information about the User who created or managed the Listing; and
- other information associated with the Listing.
14. Compensation Information
All Jobs and Internships listed on Internville are required to be paid opportunities. Internville does not permit unpaid Jobs or Internships to be published on the Platform. Where compensation information is provided by an Employer or Company, we may collect and process information such as:- compensation amount;
- currency;
- minimum amount;
- maximum amount;
- stipend information;
- pay frequency; and
- other compensation-related information.
15. Job Applications
When a Candidate applies for a Job or Internship Listing, we may collect and process information relating to the application. This may include:- the Candidate’s identity;
- Candidate Profile information;
- resume information;
- PDF Resume information;
- position applied for;
- Company Profile;
- application date;
- application status;
- application responses;
- communications;
- interview-related information;
- withdrawal information;
- shortlisting;
- archiving;
- rejection;
- acceptance;
- offer-related actions; and
- other recruitment-related information.
16. How Candidate Information Is Used in Recruitment
When a Candidate applies for a Listing, relevant Candidate information may be made available to the Company and authorized individuals involved in recruitment for that Listing. They may use the information to:- review the application;
- evaluate the Candidate;
- review relevant qualifications;

- conduct interviews;
- shortlist the Candidate;
- archive or reject the application;
- progress the Candidate through recruitment;
- make an offer; or
- otherwise manage the recruitment process.
17. Application and Company Continuity
Because Jobs and Internships are associated with Company Profiles rather than individual Employer accounts, an individual Employer leaving the Company does not necessarily remove the Company’s Listings or recruitment records. Where another authorized Company Administrator remains, the Company may continue managing its Listings and applications. If no authorized Company Administrator remains, Internville may restrict the Company’s recruitment functionality. In such circumstances, associated Listings may stop accepting new applications and may become expired or otherwise unavailable. Previously submitted applications and related information may continue to be retained and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.18. Closing a Company Profile
Internville does not provide a general mechanism for permanently deleting Company Profiles through the normal user interface. An authorized Company Administrator may instead initiate the process of closing a Company Profile. When a Company Profile is closed:- the Company Profile may become unavailable or restricted;
- associated Listings may become unavailable;
- new applications may no longer be accepted;
- Company Administrators may receive communications regarding the closure; and
- relevant Company, Listing, application, administrator, and related information may be retained.
- legal compliance;
- security;
- fraud prevention;
- dispute resolution;
- recordkeeping;
- enforcement of agreements;
- protecting Internville and its users; or
- other legitimate operational purposes.

- maintain security;
- enforce agreements; and
- protect our rights and users.
27. User Account Closure and Data Deletion
You may request closure or deletion of your User Account, subject to applicable law and the legitimate need to retain certain information. Because a single User Account may be used for both Candidate and Employer activities, closing your User Account may affect your ability to access both types of functionality. Where appropriate, we may:- delete eligible personal information;
- anonymize information;
- deactivate your account;
- restrict access to information; or

- legal or regulatory compliance;

- legal compliance;
- dispute resolution;
- security;
- fraud prevention; and
- other legitimate purposes.
29. Company Data After an Employer Leaves
Because Listings and recruitment activity are associated with Company Profiles, rather than solely with individual Employer accounts, a User leaving a Company does not automatically remove the Company’s information or Listings. If another authorized Company Administrator remains, the Company may continue to access and manage relevant information. If no authorized Company Administrator remains, the Company and its Listings may become restricted as described in this Privacy Policy. This structure is intended to preserve Company continuity while maintaining appropriate controls over who may access Company and Candidate information.30. Privacy Rights

- requesting correction of inaccurate information;
- requesting deletion of information;
- requesting information about processing;
- withdrawing consent where processing is based on consent; and
- exercising other rights available under applicable data protection laws.

If you provide information about another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary permission or lawful basis to provide that information.32. Security
We take reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, authentication mechanisms, security monitoring, and other safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the Platform. However, no method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your User Account and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.33. International Data Transfers
